The calculator that comes with stock Android is simple and
works for day-to-day calculations perfectly fine. But if you are a student and
have to deal with deadly equations involving matrices, hexadecimal or binary
numbers etc., then Cyanogenmod Calculator is exactly what you need.
Cyanogenmod Calculator adds many new features to its kitty
while sticking to the design guidelines followed in the stock calculator. A
swipe in the right direction will take you to the right takes you to a screen
which allows you to change the base of the number to Hexadecimal or Decimal.
A
further swipe to the right presents you the Graphs screen. The rectangular bar
adjacent to the Delete button, which sits idle in stock calculator, is put to
good by use as swiping it down presents the history of the calculations
performed.
One unique feature is the option to apply operations on two
or more matrices. Though it is not the most used feature, it certainly doesn't
hurt to have it in your Calculator.
The app is free on Play
Store, there is no reason you shouldn't give it a try right this moment.
